At MT Stainless Steel, we specialize in the manufacturing of top-quality Nickel Alloy 625 (UNS N06625) Welded Capillary Tubes. These high-strength tubes are perfect for a variety of applications including oil and gas well-control tubing, instrument tubing, chemical injection tubing lines, and subsea control lines among others. Our Alloy 625 capillary tubes offer unmatched strength at temperatures up to 816℃ and good oxidation resistance at temperatures up to 980℃. The alloy's resistance to aqueous corrosion is also commendable, making it suitable for the chemical process industry and seawater applications. With MT Stainless Steel, there is no compromise on the quality of our products. All our tubes are manufactured under strict ASTM standards and come with necessary certificates including ISO, CCS, DNV, BV, ABS and more. We ensure a thorough NDT and Hydrostatic test for all our products before they are packaged into wooden or iron reels for safe transportation. MT Stainless Steel's Alloy 625 capillary tubes are designed for short term applications at extreme temperatures and for long-term service at a maximum of 593℃, avoiding any significant embrittlement. We understand the increasing demand for continuous lengths in the oil service industry. Hence, our tubes can be customized in length according to customers’ needs, up to a staggering 10000m. In conclusion, MT Stainless Steel's Nickel Alloy 625 capillary tubes are a fusion of high-grade material, competent manufacturing, and a keen understanding of our customer's needs. Trust us to provide you with a product that is not just a component, but a promise of strength, reliability, and quality. Choose MT Stainless Steel. Choose excellence.

Features: Alloy 625 has excellent strength at temperatures up to 816℃. At higher temperatures, its strength is generally lower than that of other solid solution strengthened alloys. Alloy 625 has good oxidation resistance at temperatures up to 980℃ and shows good resistance to aqueous corrosion, but is relatively moderate compared to other more capable corrosion resistant alloys.

Applications: Chemical process industry and sea water application. Inconel 625 is used in short term applications at temperatures up to 816℃. For long term service, it is best restricted to a maximum of 593℃, because long term exposure above 593℃ will result in significant embrittlement.

An increasing number of projects in the oil service industry require the use of continuous lengths of nickel alloy capillary tube. They are used in a variety of applications, including chemical injection, hydraulic control, instrumentation umbilicals and flowline control. MTSCO offers products for all of these applications, helping customers reduce operating costs and improve recovery methods.

MTSCO can provide continuous tubing for nickel alloy, stainless steel and duplex capillary tube. Sizes, lengths, pressure levels, packaging methods, etc. can all be customized to improve your oil recovery methods and reduce operating costs.
