MT Stainless Steel proudly brings to you its premium grade Nickel Alloy 625 Plate, a product of over a decade of extensive R&D and a testament to our commitment to quality. Our Alloy 625 Plate is a result of cutting-edge technology and efficiency, making it one of the leading choices among various materials in the industry. We have surpassed industry standards, receiving national certification for our quality management system and have been recognized with more than 24 authorized patents, evidencing our innovation in the field. Our contributions extend to civil military integration projects, where we have provided high-temperature alloy materials for PLA units, China's ordnance industry group and aviation industry. Our Alloy 625's exceptional high-temperature strength and excellent fabricability have made it an invaluable asset in various applications, from the aerospace industry to chemical processing. It is also a successful replacement for imported materials in domestic large aircraft like the C919, thereby breaking foreign monopolies and filling domestic voids. The Alloy 625 plate is compliant with ASTM B443 standard, ensuring superior quality in every product. Our products undergo rigorous surface bright annealing, cold-rolled technology, and non-destructive testing for quality assurance. We offer flexibility in thickness, width, and length to cater to your specific needs. Choose MT Stainless Steel, a forerunner in the industry, for your Nickel Alloy 625 Plate needs and experience the difference in quality, technology, and service.

Alloy 625 has excellent strength at temperatures up to 816℃. At higher temperatures, its strength is generally lower than that of other solid solution strengthened alloys.

Through more than ten years of research and development, the production of MTSCO Alloy technology and efficiency of various materials have been greatly improved. The enterprise has passed the national quality management system certification of weapons and equipment, obtained more than 24 authorized patents, participated in the revision of 9 national standards and 3 industry standards. MTSCO has actively participated in the civil military integration project, provided high-temperature alloy materials for a PLA unit, provided high-quality special alloy materials for China ordnance industry group, and provided new low expansion alloy materials for China aviation industry. It has been successfully applied to the domestic large aircraft C919, replacing imports with domestic ones, breaking the foreign blockade monopoly and filling the domestic blank.

Features: Alloy 625 has excellent strength at temperatures up to 816℃. At higher temperatures, its strength is generally lower than that of other solid solution strengthened alloys. Alloy 625 has good oxidation resistance at temperatures up to 980℃ and shows good resistance to aqueous corrosion, but is relatively moderate compared to other more capable corrosion resistant alloys.

Applications: Chemical process industry and sea water application. Inconel 625 is used in short term applications at temperatures up to 816℃. For long term service, it is best restricted to a maximum of 593℃, because long term exposure above 593℃ will result in significant embrittlement.
