The Alloy 201, also known as UNS N02201 N4 Nickel Alloy, is a trusted product from MT Stainless Steel renowned for its remarkable features and applications. As a leading supplier and manufacturer, we guarantee that our alloy201 tubes meet the highest industry standards of quality and durability. Our Nickel Alloy 201, a low-carbon version of Nickel 200, is expertly designed to resist embrittlement due to its low carbon content. This makes it a phenomenal choice for applications requiring exposure to temperatures ranging from 315 to 760℃. The product is further enhanced with sodium peroxide to counteract intergranular embrittlement by sulfur compounds at temperatures above 315℃. Innovatively crafted using the cold drawn / cold rolled technology, our Nickel Alloy 201 seamless tubes are perfect for a variety of uses, including electronic components, caustic evaporators, combustion boats, and plater bars. These tubes are thoroughly tested through Eddy Current or Hydraulic Test ensuring the utmost safety and efficiency. Thanks to the diligent work of our team at MT Stainless Steel, we ensure that our Alloy 201 tubes are manufactured meeting ISO, PED, and AD2000 quality standards. This demonstrates our commitment to providing high-quality products to meet our customer's stringent requirements. Lastly, our Nickel Alloy 201 tubes offer superior physical properties, including an impressive density of 8.89 g/cm3 and a melting range of 1435-1446℃. All these features combined make our Alloy 201 one of the most reliable and robust products on the market, ensuring longevity and performance for your high precision devices. Trust MT Stainless Steel for your Nickel Alloy Seamless Tube needs and experience unparalleled quality and performance.

Nickel 201 is the low-carbon version of Nickel 200. Because of its low carbon content, Nickel 201 is not subject to embrittlement by intergranularly precipitated carbon or graphite when exposed to temperatures of 315 to 760℃ for prolonged time if carbonaceous materials are not in contact with it.

When it comes to superior quality and durability, the Nickel Alloy Welded Pipe 201 from MT Stainless Steel is second to none. This product, made from the finest UNS N02201 material, is crafted to meet the high standards of ASTM B161/163 and ASTM B 168/B 906. With an outer diameter of 6mm-355, the Nickel Alloy Welded Pipe 201 has been meticulously designed to cater to diverse applications and industries. MT Stainless Steel, with its years of expertise, understands the unique needs of different industry sectors. Therefore, our Nickel Alloy Welded Pipe is not just a pipe; it's a solution designed for excellence, longevity, and seamless utility. Our Nickel Alloy Welded Pipe 201's superior quality begins with the raw material - Nickel Alloy 201. This nickel alloy is well-known for its remarkable resistance to corrosion, making it an excellent choice for applications where reducing chemicals are present. Besides, Nickel Alloy Welded Pipe 201 has excellent mechanical properties over a wide range of temperature, ensuring that it does not crack or become brittle even under extreme conditions. These properties make our nickel alloy welded pipes an ideal choice for harsh, demanding environments, where they can perform without compromising their structural integrity.

Features:

Nickel 201 is the low-carbon version of Nickel 200. Because of its low carbon content, Nickel 201 is not subject to embrittlement by intergranularly precipitated carbon or graphite when exposed to temperatures of 315 to 760℃ for prolonged time if carbonaceous materials are not in contact with it. Therefore, it is a substitute for Nickel 200 in Applications above 315℃. However it does suffer from intergranular embrittlement by sulfur compounds at temperatures above 315℃. Sodium peroxide can be used to change them to sulfates to counteract their effect.

Applications:

Electronic components, caustic evaporators, combustion boats and plater bars.
